Thank you for placing a pre-order with BeMade. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Pre-Order Processing & Shipping

• Pre-orders allow you to secure your item before it officially drops.

• Orders are processed once production is complete. Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Production typically takes 3 to 4 weeks

• Once ready, shipping will take:

  • UK: 3-5 business days

  • International: 5-10 business days (varies by location)

Updates & Tracking

• You’ll receive email/SMS updates on your order status.

• A tracking number will be sent once your item ships.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Since pre-orders are made-to-order, all sales are final unless the item is defective or there’s an issue on our end.
